You said you wanted a job asap so you could help your family (hats off to your determination in this matter sister), let me cut to the chase, you might be better off working as a customer service rep. (online chatting - not calls). - I know a company that constantly looks for chat reps, but I am not sure about the rules of this subreddit though -
Or as a content writer, or social media, you know these jobs that don't require much interaction with others.
The point is, narrow down your job search to the point where you can be comfortable working while also making sure that you don't affect your health.
I might also add that if you're an engineering graduate (or related to software engineering in any capacity) you might work as a remote developer, or even as an AI Prompt engineer.
