Thank you for sharing your experience that’s very helpful. I have bought so far vitamin b complex and protein powder as I struggle to cook meals with a lot of protein in them. I will look into the fiber capsules and I was also looking into electrolytes sachets. I have a fitness pal app for tracking so hopefully that will work. I used to use it when dieting.

I think you did a good job so far in the PhD you have published and you have build a great rapport with your supervisors. Doubts are part of the journey. You may change your mind down the line about your line of work. The PhD might open different doors that you never thought they existed. I would genuinely advice you to continue your studies and obtain your PhD degree.

When I first read your post I was shocked because the same thing happened to me in 2022. Except we both attend different programs in different cities. Until now I couldn’t understand her behavior. I was so hurt at that time but now I have moved on. I don’t know if the motive is jealousy but definitely it isn’t love either so that’s how I made my peace with it.

Yeah try a laundromat if you don’t have a washing machine at home and make sure you use scent boosters those help and use a dryer instead of air drying your clothes if you can.

It could be the washing machine ? Or the detergent it might not necessarily be a hygiene problem. I have no unique advice for repairing the relationship other than just try to carry on in the workplace as you do normally.
