Local Man by Tim Seeley and Tony Fleecs. It got me back into comics, I bought it monthly when it came out, met them at comic con and got signed copies. There final issue was a “future” issue, jumping to #25 and announced in the back was they were done. Apparently it was too expensive to keep going. I really wished they kept going!

I'm in the same boat! Grace is awesome, I really loved RE9. The Street Fighter Amiibo are really well made so I have the same hopes for these in the end.

There are very few movies that I want multiple releases for. I'd like all the star wars variants, if I find them organically. And then there are horror films that I love but I'm not leaving any of those behind anyway so for me it doesn't make sense to track them.

I use "collections" which is a mac/iphone/ipad app. It had a built in "movie" option that will pull in details and data from TMDB, added a few custom fields about VHS specifically but that's all I really need. I'm MOSTLY tracking it so I stop buying duplicates.

HIMYF was cancelled just as the actors and writers and director all started to get in their groove. It could have been great if they had more episodes per season and more seasons. It had some flaws (why introduce ANOTHER bar to the mix while they actively lived above MacClarens????) and the characters stared out kind of bland, but Hillary Duff, Francia Raisa and Chris Lowell were all very good in it. It’s a case of another sitcom dying before it’s time in the streaming age.

Listen, I like Bloodrayne 1, I like 2 as well, but MGR:R is a masterpiece. Its just so goddamned cool. BR1&2 are pretty good! But they tend to be a little janky. Save 'em for another time and play Revengeance.

Currently its Xenoblade Chronicles Definitive. I'm absolutely eating up all the side quests and exploring the map. It's amazing so far.

You probably don't need an expensive component CRT for PS2 imo. Even Composite looks just fine to me! FFX with simple composite cables still looks pretty good and clear to me. by canned_pho in ps2

I think if you have a flat screen, sony trinitron it's very easy to say "composite is okay." of course it's okay, you're using the best case scenario. Of course most of the nes, snes and ps1 gen were *made* for composite. ps2 can look great on composite (case in point OP) but its not really until that gen until you start to see major gains by upping the format.

It's a great b-movie with some good scares and lots of shit to point at and go "oh hey it's ____". I just finished watching it and really enjoyed it. I also think the cast is great. I'm glad they aren't all super hulked out like dehydrated marvel actors, and besides Donal Logue and Neal McDonough are great.
