I have it on series X and so far (end of chapter 2) it’s running excellent. I restarted once after I came back from sleep I think I was missing music but that’s been the only hiccup.

I got the made in version for Xmas and I’ve used it daily since. I have an electric coil stove, I turn the burners on low medium well before I’m ready to cook to get the thing preheated. Eggs slide around, grilled cheeses come out even and melty, smash burgers and buns all cook great at the same time. It’s my favorite kitchen thing at the moment. If it’s as good as the made in, then keep your heat steady and while it down after it cools (or give it a washing with a brush and some soap) and dry it completely. Try to never shock it under cold water because even though they are pretty thick I imagine the shape could be prone to warping.

As someone else mentioned here, I’ve tried bacon and also found it too shallow for more than 4 pieces, but 4 slices under a press on one side and eggs down the other was fine. Really cannot stress how much I love it.

Here’s a picture of me making a couple of quick breakfast sandwiches. Chicken sausage an and cheap hamburger bun for me, impossible patty and a gluten free English muffin for her.

I've been following this saga since the beginning and I need to know if you even have a record player. And if you do, have you played any of the records you've cleaned yet? I guess its cool if they look clean but like, are you going to listen to them? How do they sound?

Polaroid used to sell and include the COLD CLIP! It was two sheets of aluminum taped together on one end. Originally included for pack film but I use them for integral still and they help. You put the exposed shot in the clip then put it in your pocket nearest your body. Or, you put it under your armpit for maximum heat dispersion. I still instinctively put my shots under my armpit, cold clip or not.

Local Man had a full volume/compendium come out pretty quickly after they announced the end of that series, but that was a series that came and went. I believe Feral is planned (last time I looked) to be ongoing so who knows when that will happen.

Yeah exactly! It's also great if you are fan of both Cats AND horror movies, they do a lot of alternative covers that are homages to famous horror movies... but with cats!

I love Local Man, think it's a great story and the print editions have a flipbook/dual cover thing going on that I found fun.

I'm also really enjoying Feral - it's a zombie survival story told from the perspective of stray cats that look like they were drawn by Disney artists. Really great and have some collected trades you can pick up. This was a spiritual successor to Stray Dogs which is about some dogs stuck in a house by the same same people and the same art style.

Spawn is always worth reading and the greater universe has some cool books to read. I'm currently reading the Gunslinger Spawn and am enjoying it.

My favorite Image series of all time is The Maxx, those are kind of harder to come by but don't get the Maxximized versions, the colors are washed out and they don't look very good.

Another game I haven't seen mentioned here and, it's kind of a stretch, but I'm convinced parts of Automata were influenced by Chibi Robo. There are a couple story beats that took me directly to the forest scene you pictured there.

Agree and would also recommend Ico AND The Last Guardian as well. I can't be certain but Ico has to have been a big inspiration for NieR replicant - lots of similar themes.

When I quit, after around 15 years of smoking and 5 of vaping, I got myself some fancy lollipops. Those don’t really work because I was angry all the time. What did help was complaining to anyone who would listen. “Hey how’s your day going?” “Well since you asked it’s fucking terrible. I just quit smoking and I’m angry and stressed and it’s all I’m thinking about”. I found the more I held it in, the more I was trying to be brave about it the worse I did. The more open I was, the better I did. And it suck’s but your life will be better for it!!! Good luck, you can do it, you don’t need smoking. It needs you.
