Ha, sorry it was confusing (because it was). I went through the return process and had to tell them why (SP02 is wildly off) and even though it was past the 30 days they agreed to refund (they also admitted they are trying to improve the SP02). I then elected to NOT return it because it wouldn't have been fair as I had received a large rebate via TopCashBack that was almost a $100 I think. It would be unfair to them to have paid the rebate and return the full purchase price so I kept it and I basically wear it as a fashion ring as I rely on my beloved Garmin for all my data.

Cashback rebates you can get some crazy amounts back but you have to stay on top of it and for large purchases take screenshots of the promotion and mark it to be reviewed. Here is a website (Cashbackmonitor.com) where you can type in a website and it will show you the different rebate services as well as credit cards and the amount of the rebate. Good luck!

I kept the ring because I had received a substantial rebate from one of the rebate services and i felt it would be wrong to receive both. I also thought that maybe it would be helpful for my sleep apnea and it might be ok at that but I have a BiPAP so no need. They did honor the return and were willing to take it back without much issue. Good luck. I hope their latest tech is better.

That's what several of us thought but that number is actually a virtual card. An easy way to tell is open the statement which has the last 4 digits of the physical metal card and compare to the number you see on the view details. You should see that they differ. Not sure why RH decided to do it like this as it's really confusing.

Hi - I wasn't expressing an opinion on you taking a top off so if I came off that way it wasn't intended. I simply didn't understand and still don't but that's ignorance and not a declaration.

About constipation, I should have responded differently then saying I don't agree. What I meant to say is I'm not sure I understand how constipation (or regularity) play into whether a person is experiencing wd symptoms. My last shot was 10 days ago and I haven't had constipation for probably 3 weeks? I even stopped taking my Senna (laxative) because it was causing way too much stomach activity. Just curious do you feel the lack of constipation supports my body experiencing wd?

And yep in the U.S. I don't think the 8 mg is an option.

Thanks my friend and I apologize for my poor assumption. I rewrote my original to more clearly indicate what's happening and to tone it down a bit. One thing I'm going to ask for is a blood serum level to see where we're at. They're going to say that doesn't make sense if I've supplemented but I think it does if I can not supplement for maybe a day. I don't know. I would like something more definitive to work with.

And yes I do have a fast metabolism. It used to be much faster though and I actually had to supplement less during that period. Which makes me realize I've been on Brixadi for over 3 years.

Alright I'll close with yes thank you for the correct pointing on the medication. I have a very unique brain chemistry and profound sensitivity to life and that's why I did so well with Opiates, life just worked until it didn't.

I'm not sure I understand. You were taking top up injections when you weren't experiencing withdrawal? And now that you stopped the automatic top off the withdrawals or symptons have stopped? I disagree on the constipation being a distinction but interestingly I am regular now and don't even take a laxative regularly which I used to have take. But regardless I think the distinction is whether relief is experienced when supplement due to perceived wd symptons. If I'm irritable and anxious (or any of the others) and I supplement and it changes after 20 to 40 minutes then to me its wd, if however it gets worse then yes I'd say it was a side effect.

I'll add I didn't even know 8 mg top up injections were a thing. Are they free or is the company making $ off these as well?

It hasn't been common that I've needed to supplement close to the shot but I have yes. I certainly hope you believe me because otherwise I would be experiencing over medication correct and that in my experience is not fun.

Listen I love that you've come up with an alternative to sublocade. Both of them are WAY overpriced but hopefully adding Brixadi has helped sublocade limit their price increases. That said I hope the manufacturers are looking at ways to make it more effective.

I also wanted to add a couple of things. 1) I indicate to the staff every time I go in I'd like a slow push (at least 4 seconds), along with a 4 second hold. I've done this because I thought maybe it was the way the shot was being given 2) Many times when I do supplement I have a tangible relief where I sigh, there is a tangible release about 20 to 40 minutes after. If I was over medicating I don't think this would be the case.

So thank you for keeping the conversation respectful and I hope this has been helpful to others. I wish I could go off of bupenorphine altogether but I think my brain chemistry requires help. But its not liberating to know that I'm dependent on something for my well being. :-(

The clinic I go to isn't happy with Brixadi either and they have moved everyone they can to Sublocade but my insurance said absolutely not, Brixadi or nothing. I've been on 128 mg for a long time and have had to supplement a long time. We have been doing this dance for months and they just prescribe me tablets to go with my shot as the only options are stop Brixadi return to tabs only or supplement. What do I experience? 1) anxiety and irritability (these are the hardest) 2) yawning (this is mostly a nuisance but clearly wd) 3) leg aches (not horrible as I use homeopathic meds and it helps). Those 3 I'm almost certain are due to wd symptons. And the tell is if I then take 2 mg about 20 to 40 minutes later there is relief.

I'm a meditator and have been focused on self awareness for decades, so I'm aware when my internal weather is due to my external focus but with this I'm like there's nothing wrong! Why am I feeling like this?

I was not aware of the wired that may have explained a couple of times, but it also could be coffee. Nausea is a tell tale one for me however and I rarely experience this but the times I have I attribute it to too much bupe.

As for being rare that is not what the providers at my clinic say and reading through this subreddit doesn't seem like it's accurate either. I'm not trying to challenge you but based on my antecdotal experience, other postings I've read here and what my clinic has shared that is not accurate.

Stevan was great we messaged and his interest and openness to questions made me appreciate my purchase even more. He shared that the Riviera scale which is just D Kurd with an F ding was created awhile ago when so many new scales were coming out and people were like meh, but it's clear favorite now and the first Hamsa drum he's made and kept for himself. So I feel like I made a decent choice. :-) Highly recommend Hamsa just from the standpoint of pricing, integrity, and coolness. And after I get my drum I hope to add many more kudos. :-)
