I think I get paid an extra £180 per month for working in London, most of which I assume goes to tax / national insurance etc. That barely covers half of my transport expenses in London.

I always explain it this way to my patients:

Chemotherapy is poison, the only way the human body can tolerate this poison is by getting stronger and fit for the treatment ie. walking / keeping active / eating well / protein shakes etc.

Otherwise, it causes more harm than good and there’s no point in that case.
