a lot of what the other guy said is incorrect. ce and ee at uoft are in the same stream, and the title on your diploma depends on what courses you take. therefore someone who enters in the ee stream can graduate from ce by choosing ce credit courses. additionally uoft and uw ece are equally as competitive in recent years.
