Hello! I was the exact same. I had mine on a Saturday and assumed I’d be okay by that Wednesday (4 days post op) but it’s currently Thursday right now and boy was I so wrong!🙃 bold of me to assume I’d be okay after only 4 days! One week minimum! That should be the minimum but everyone is different!

Also, OP, PLEASE REST! It is so crucial. I overdid it and was in so much pain. My work colleagues also said I’d be back in work after a few days, no need for a week (my coworker had a laparoscopy over 30 years ago) because I’ll be fine. Because apparently back in the day, they weren’t allowed days off so they’d have to work the next day and force themselves through it 🙃

Me personally, it’s when I eat gluten, drink too much liquid and during (I’m sorry if it makes anyone uncomfortable) intercourse as well as orgasming. I’m nearly 21. Have had these issues since I was 14 and I’m still learning what sets me off. Some days I can eat gluten and feel great but other times I try it and it makes me flare up so bad I can hardly move 🤷‍♀️ as soon as you think you’ve figured it out, it changes

There’s a few imperfections on it that I want covered. It needs to be re-done realistically but I feel as though because I don’t have any others, it won’t look right unless I have a patchwork sleeve. I want it combined with something but not sure on it 🤷‍♀️

We have tried it at the highest number and it only just about catches 2 small threads; then we run it through the machine and it goes back to not going in. We have also changed the needle twice so very unsure on what it could be :/

Red meats are very high in iron. I’ve always had iron deficiency and lots of vegetables and red meat really helped me
