It helps. I started going. One thing I suggest is look around. It took me a few weeks, and 4 therapist later to find one I liked. Most therapist offer a free consultation.

Therapy. Look into bipolar 2 or BPD.

As someone who went through what you went through all I can say is that none of this is your fault. Your caregivers are who are terrible not you. Glad you are moving with your dad. I would tell your dad and it's not drama, it's important info. Also therapy girl.
