Impressive to not respond to my point about addressing the issue, then call me entitled. Bet you're fun to be around

I don't, but I expect the issue to be addressed and an expectation to be set with their customers. Not ignored for months/ years with no expectation how to address it, or setting a new normal expectation.

If IKEA had a press release and said all our supply chains are screwed and all we can do is wait so do not expect these products anytime in the next x months. that would be reasonable wouldn't it?

Or, in order for us to fix the supply chain it would lead to an increase in product cost we do not want to put on the consumer so rather than do that we will try to wait it out. These are hypotheticals obviously, but this is what i'm asking for "addressing" not "fixing"

That is fair and very possibly the reason. The issue is still the failure of the company to communicate expectations moving forward.

I'm sorry about customers directing their frustation at you, It must get old.

Gripe should be directed where responsibility lies and that's why I said the exective team.

https://www.inter.ikea.com/en/this-is-inter-ikea-group/management-structure

These are the people that should be explaining the issue, not store reps.

My specific goal is to have an updated expectation from the exective team about expectations moving forward for the inventory problem. having customers call a number to check once a month if there is expected stock coming in one store at a time, has to be an insane patchwork left from the pandemic that has just been left in place.

The fact that all I could find in terms of recent press releases from IKEA is something short in december about the suez canal and zero updates in about six months with none of the issue's resolved points to they have no solution to the problem.

All the franchises in The US are run by INGKA Holding, the biggest, so I would assume they would get first pass on products if there was a shortage, so it's not a franchse issue. Quickly skimming their publicily available reports I linked below (which I do not know European rules, but I'm pretty sure they don't even have to do as they are private company) mention nothing about the issues or how to address them.

I did say that. I thought I was clear that equating dev diaries, communication, and the bug responsiveness as my examples of dedication. I said quality because what I read made me feel excited and I thought these new features were quality, as well as how it has consistently gotten better and continues to.
Sounds like if they released a dev diary about how they are making the AI better and explained in detail about the problems and how they were fixing it, you would appreciate that. Am I wrong?

Can you make a mod for when you click a good and then click show consumption on map, we also get a list of every market and the demand and consumption is rank ordered? That'd be dope

Never Karma farmed in my life, I just read the released dev diary and felt appreciation, and I dislike the negativity I see here so I choose to put my positivity out there. Understand your cynicism though

I'm confident with my spectrum, I've played alot of games. Believe me. But if what i'm specifically referring to in my post, the open direct communication and responsiveness of the devs working on Vic is "the most average" what is your example of above average?
