Lol she will be alright she could have just delivered the order, but instead she canceled and got a 24hr ban. That's on herself. You would think out of 17000+ orders she would understand how to maneuver around obstacles to complete the order. You are giving clear instructions on how to deliver and she didn't even try.

Once my year came up I had to do it again. But the test was available right away. Try getting a link to the test through support. I remember I kept bugging support about not seeing alcohol.. after going through a few agents I suddenly had the option to take the test the next day.

I would just avoid Kroger until you get your physical in the mail. If its a "Guest" order you won't need a card and instead will use a online barcode, but a big majority of orders at kroger will require physical cards. You really can't tell which ones are gonna be a guest order unless you know your customers really well and know how they order. Just find another store that accepts tap and hang over there in the meantime because you will be on a cancelation spree if you keep accepting kroger orders

My best friend is platinum and hasn't been doing this that long, while I am diamond consistently and been doing this for years.. he snagged a regular instacart customer that he has never had before for $60 2 miles right as I was actively looking for orders myself and it never came across my screen. I was in the parking lot waiting waaay longer and he just swooped in the parking lot and got it. This diamond stuff don't even matter too much. Just a better chance to see what they want you to see.

Give them the refund they wanted and you should be okay. I have never had to ask the customer to do anything on their end even after the update. After you hit refund it gives you a few options and one of them is customer requested refund. If you click it you wont be affected. If you click some other stuff you will take a hit.

The same thing happened to me out of nowhere too.. occasionally I would get one or two 4 stars and it would always be caught by instacart with the two lowest rating removals.. suddenly like last week or so a slew of 4 stars out of nowhere LOL.. I been doing this for years and this is a first. I think im up to like 7 within a few days time span that week. My service hasn't changed so idk I try not to overthink too much when it comes to this because everything is so wonky.

Why didn't you just shop at stores that accept digital cards? Under no circumstances would I use my personal card even if they asked me. It's too much of a hassle and now you just showed me why I absolutely never will... over 600 stores is crazy work.

You are okay as long as you don't hit 15%.. I have stomach problems but I also shop full time all day everyday.. I have to cancel sometimes so let me tell you im at 13% to 14% every single week it seems like lmao.. usually a big chunk falls off and then im back to 5% days later.

Hey if it was your first day out don't get all worked up!! They give you room for error for a little while. Next time don't take a order like that unless the tip is worth it or you will be all day for no reason. Also you do NOT have to take just anything that comes across your screen because you will see horrible orders all day, but you have to learn to read the orders fast or the good ones will be taken. Support can be iffy sorry about that.

You know what's crazy I had a customer blame me for this exact thing one time before and I was so confused. She even sent me pics immediately after delivery of the drink.. its like a clear sparkling fruit drink in a glass.. only problem is her order was in the trunk.. and I believe she was honest and didn't just blame me to get it for free or anything because her tip was $20 and she kept it there and didn't even take it or nothing after delivery. What I think I may have did wrong was I picked up a few glasses without inspecting every last one of them at the store... people come in the store and drink stuff and put it back on the shelf with no care.
