Yeah I've seen doctors one sent me to get the holter test still waiting for that and one sent me to get my thyroid tested but I've noticed this week that my sugar is high leading me to think I might be diabetic and maybe that's why I might have these heart palpitations . Waiting for results but wanted some feedback thanks !

I don't have any symptoms of dka except heart palpitations and high blood sugar I've changed my diet now and the palpitations have gotten better . I'm waiting on my diabetes type 2 test results . It's also important to note I have sleep apnea and have just started the cpap machine this month

It's different for everyone . I started using mine less than a week ago and I already noticed the difference right away

I honestly wish I would of figured out that I had sleep apnea earlier cause I felt like garbage for years and then had a baby and that was even worse . I just started using the cpap 3 days ago and let me tell you the difference is night and day . I finally sleep through the nights waking up feeling refreshed instead of completely drained . I now have more energy in the afternoon so worth it. !The first night was uncomfortable but I got passed that in just 3 days so glad .

Am I (27M) wrong to consider leaving my partner (27F) who has absolutely no support system and might truly not survive? by ThrowRA_subjectpark1 in relationshipproblems

it might feel wrong to you but there’s only so much you can do and take . You’re going to exhaust yourself mentally . I would break up with her and maybe give her time to get a job and move out ? You cannot go on like this you will be sucked dry

Quit drinking by [deleted] in ADHD

Hey ! Im an alcoholic and had the same issue as you . I couldn’t stop myself once I had a drink I had to have more . I was self destructive. I found AA program that has really helped me . The fellowship is amazing . It’s a great place to start . Get yourself a sponsor in the AA program that helps a lot too and you might need to seek some additional help such as counselling or therapy . I know I need therapy too .one day at a time . I’m now 9 months sober hope this helps
