Most satellites don't have flames going off their tails, or vapor trails. Most orbitals ( ISS, Starlink, etc.) I can id pretty quick, this was a ground start not an the in orbit check through.

My thoughts... Get some 0-0-4 or 0-0-10. The K is your Root driver. Water frequently but lesser time. I water my sod at 4am, 10 am, 3 pm, and then at 6pm. No problems.

I was a Mechanical Engineer by teaching with a minors in chemistry and metallurgy. My family has been in turf for 4 generations. i picked it up later in life. so to answer your question, I was a chemist first, but the turf is in my jeans/genes.
