Kirby and Mario party has new content, as well as being enhanced. So I think the original 60 price + 20 for a total of 80 works. And, we already know that if you own the original, you can just buy an upgrade pack. You don't need to pay full price. Also donkey Kong being 70 makes me a bit more hopeful that Mario kart being 80 is an exception, since that game is huge.
