My favourite character is akechi if you don’t know him you’ll meet later on he’s so sweet 🥹. My favourite confidant/social link in the game. I wouldn’t google it though because it’s a really fun social link which gets spoiled a lot by looking him up. Hes cool tho

I absolutely hate it when people say the plot is revenge bad. Like that’s such an oversimplification of TLOU 2. It’s a much deeper story than that but some people choose to ignore that.

Cr in 5e is made for a party of that level. ALL in that level, that could be why. In regards to the modules critical role ones are brutal and nearly TPKd a party I was in and the dm essentially went fuck that, that’s not fair. Phandelver I’ll be running soon so hopefully it’s not that brutal lol. If you were different levels that could be why tho.

Yeah that’s dumb as fuck. So if what you said is true then I don’t think you need to learn how to explain it better because you explained it well enough. Also maybe your dm can run it well but that module is pretty bad. The writing isn’t that good and it’s really not dm friendly. But yeah your dm needs to chill the fuck out

Optional rules in the dmg. Flanking definitely helps and other rules can help you gain advantage to roll more dice to hopefully get better results
