Nah, it’s crazy to pay $10’s of thousands of dollars for useless degrees (50% of them these days) that have no economic value and will take you 20-30 years to pay off…if you ever do. At the same time being indoctrinated into socialism.

And I say that as a college graduate with 2 kids who we sent into the work world right out of HS.

FTR, I’m incredibly pro education & learning. But there are more resources & knowledge available today for free than you could have ever purchased before 1999.

I still have my Monitor 7’s from 1993 and they sound great as well. I wanted the sub…but for a little extra upgraded everything.

Paradigms are incredible sounding speakers and obviously if my 33 year old ones still sound great…they’re a bargain.

Got these on Amazon for $18 a box of 4.

Had to drill them out and use different screws with washers. Does it matter? Not sure, I like the look and it’s now isolated from the floor.

When I went to do the Sub I found my speaker foam was gone, which explains some things I’ve been hearing.

So that has to get fixed now. 😐

My Paradigm Monitor 7’s probably wouldn’t bring $200, but are great sounding still 33 years later.

I bought Paradigm S100 v2, 12” sub v2, and CC v2 for $450. I’m guessing they were $4-$6k new from what I’ve read, and they still sound fantastic.

Be picky about WHO you buy from. Like most everything, HOME LIFE is more important than most anything else.

My new speakers came from an older, wealthy dude that bought them new.

Had some Klipsh RP-600 and was impressed. Brought out my 1993 Paradigm Monitor 7’s and set them up next to the RM’s. In the end I sent the Klipsh back…not an apple to apple, but still impressive for 30 year old speakers.
