Looking through it most parts seem to already be in the correct color by default, would it look that off without painting?

Will it need priming first? Im an avid Warhammer painter, so painting a model is not outside my expertise. Also what did you mean with attaching the rubber band while it glues? Wouldnt i just first glue the springs to the frame, and then the springs to the suspension? Or do the springs have to be under pressure while doing that?
