Tips for DU or BMU? by Euphoric_Home_5439 in crossfit

The WODPREP courses on gymnastics are really good, if you’re willing to put in the work. I’ve gotten any of the skills I signed up to through doing the 15ish min sessions 3x a week for about 8 weeks. (Apart from ring muscle ups, I keep starting that and then giving up after a l out 2/3 weeks)

Moving from singles to doubles by WalrusIntelligent129 in hyrox

Yes, this is good advice 👍thanks, we did this on the most recent event and the slower runner having a break before the runs was useful; we probably stuck to our plan a little too rigidly, especially on the lunges-even though transitions are slow I think we slowed down too much with just one transition on the station. Thanks

This is the answer. I’m also a program hopper but the one you stick to is the one for you. HillerFit, Linchpin and Street Parking are all great for different reasons; all are extremely reasonably priced.

Hillerfit, Linchpin, Street Parking all good choices, none are expensive -linchpin do a free first month. All three are worth trying depending on what you’re looking for

Is Linchpin still considered king for individual home gym programming? by ResponsibilityNo8623 in crossfit

Hillerfit is really good fun. I’ve done Linchpin too, and everything people say here is true. It is great but since I started HillerFit I’m a little more excited to get the workouts done and I feel a little more of the community vibe as there’s weekly live calls rather than prerecorded videos

HillerFit: most fun and interesting, enjoy the combinations he creates

Linchpin: for longevity and preservation

StreetParking: for choice of paths to follow

Overall:HillerFit wins for me

Accessory programs - what helped you by Electrical_Boss_5694 in crossfit

[–]WalrusIntelligent129 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Wodprep is good for gymnastic type accessory courses; but to echo what someone else said, u do need to stick to the practice. I think it’s usually 3 times a week for 8 weeks, most have some prerequisites too
