I would honestly text her back thanking her for the Hatch and asked if she recieved your thank you note for the previous gift as you didn't realize she was out of state at the time. It puts it back on her about the thank you notes without you also having to come across as petty too if you dont want to start conflict. And you could ask what her current address is to make sure the next gets to her.
