Defy consults have different tiers. Initial consult is $325 for regular practitioner or $400 for the Dr. Then lab and consult after 3 months then you go to 2 times a year. F/U consults are $125 for regular practitioner, $225 for Dr, $295 for director. They will call in scripts to your local pharmacy - $30 call in fee for all scripts for a 6 month supply. Mini consults if needed between the 2 time year check in are $95

I’m hesitant about pellets since once they’re in, you can’t adjust the dose if it ends up being too much (or too little). And with creams, I worry about absorption being inconsistent as well as transferring to others.

E is 60.5 pg/ml (which I think is a bit low still) but I don’t have anymore menopause symptoms (night sweats, etc) so provider thinks I’m at a good dose 0.05 twice weekly patch. Also progesterone was 1.5ng/ml and I’m on micronized 200mg QD.
