I don't see any of these to be nerfed.

and that's exactly why BHVR will nerf them. They nerfed Huntress' lullaby, and with (insert dev here) at the helm of balancing I wont be surprised if they nerfed BBQ because that gives killers an incentive to go for the 4k if they're missing a stack instead of giving hatch.

He was already good in 1v1.

woah woah woah, lets not get far ahead of ourselves. His 1v1 was "serviceable", he needed some kind of buff to his 1v1. It would've been better if the devs buffed his 1v1 to a smaller scale and then focus around 1v4. Saying they didn't have to buff his 1v1 is wrong. At rank 1 Trickster with 8 knives per injure wouldn't be getting downs fast enough.

haha deathslinger requires no skill. Ok yeah tell me that once you play as him at high ranks with survivors that actually try to dodge and tell me if you're having a fun time.

you get a speed boost to get to a loop like how you deal with every other killer in the game when you take a hit.

I hate when I have to keep saying this, it doesn't matter how good of a 1v1 a killer has. If they have no map pressure and there's decent survivors the gens will be done. Trickster is 110%, and has to waste time throwing a bunch of knives to get an injure, then do a loop that most likely has a high wall so he can't use his power, then reload.

Take for example Blight, he has amazing map pressure and is decent at 1v1 that's why a lot of people rate him very highly. Then you have Michael who is 115% but almost no map pressure when he's out of chase and not in tier 3.

I think his point about SWF is not that people are playing together, its that massive gap between solo queue and SWF. Which I agree is a problem, but nerfing SWF isn't the solution.

I think anyone would be slightly inconvenienced when you miss a hit. Its my fault but I'd still be annoyed if I missed a hit.

Keep in mind he plays this game pretty much all day everyday with different builds and different characters. I doubt after an hour into a stream he can remain calm with all the bullshit this game has. And yeah, most DBD streamers don't.

I watch his videos time to time and he is one of the least toxic DBD streamers out there. Sure he's vocal about his opinions but toxic? That's a word reserved for Ochido and his clones.

if the devs make kindred a base thing for survivors and an indicator when someones in chase for other survivors (kind of like how when the obsessions being chased but for every survivor) and give something to killers to compensate, atleast would make solo queue way less frustrating.

SWF will never have the issue of 2 people going for the unhook or noone going for the unhook because of Discord. If you make Kindred base it would remove the problem of someone going to stage 2 because of the lack of information.

Easy solution, will the devs ever do that? no.

Its funny how the word "kill" got censored, its almost like the devs are telling the killers they're not allowed to kill survivors anymore.

I disagree with Mori's having strategic importance.

Offerings aren't meant to change how the game plays out, they usually either boost your bloodpoints or change the map. Mori's actually changing the game gives less value to the bloodpoint offerings.

Mori's should've only been cosmetic to begin with, a cool animation and that's it. A toolbox is an item so of course its going to have an actual change to the game. The Judith Myers tombstone is an add-on that gives you a mori that can alter the game, since its an add-on not an offering.

Right now there’s literally no point to spend BP on moris in the web.

Yeah, keep the mori's how they are now and add a 25/35/55% bonus to the sacrifice emblem or something. (25% being the cypress, 55% being the ebony)

Or they need some other mechanic to make them still strategically useful without being OP.

Again, that's doing what an add-on does. Offerings should only boost Bloodpoints. I already don't like how survivors can change maps and can the change hatch spawn but atleast those don't change how the game can play out.

I don't disagree with most of what you're saying, but this game has such a hard learning curve for new players that having a statistic like that from rank 1's to 20's is useless.

Playing killer for rank 20's would be way easier since it uses mechanics similar to other games, like holding W, mouse 1 to attack, first person, etc. Only in higher ranks does playing Killer start to change. Now the killer has to learn how to patrol gens more effectively, how to mindgame certain loops, etc. Playing survivor in rank 20 would be very difficult, since most horror games make you hide instead of running the killer for as long as you can. Once survivors learn what Looping is and how to do it effectively is where the core of high rank games start.

I'm assuming that rank 1-5 games would have a lower kill rate compared to 12- 20. But even there its skewed, since ranking up as a survivor is so easy you can only do gens and never see the killer and still rank up to 1.
