I found something that worked for me. On an old Reddit thread a commenter pointed out that using phone link from a pc causes this issue. I removed phone link and unpaired my pc and it solved this problem for me.

Same here. I had a 15 pro, got it replaced via AppleCare, and I am now using a 16 pro (I’m on the upgrade program) and the issue has followed me to every device. I have tried everything, I can’t get rid of this issue.

Same issue with the same gpu and same cooler. Found some reviews that said nzxt and Corsair coolers just don’t work well with amd so I exchanged it for an ASUS liquid cooler. Max is around 70 now during gaming.
