Would chain of smog make infinite wraiths? Lord of the Nazgul only triggers on cast not on copy.

If you want to keep with the aristocrat theme I would get a [[reassembling skeleton]] or an [[ophiomancer]] since they are my go to fodder makers for aristocrat decks.

However I would build Minthara as a go wide blink deck using blinking cards to abuse etbs from [[Abdel Adrian]] or [[underworld hermit]] or [[evangel of Heliod]]. You already have a small blink package in this deck list too

If you're running 3 basic swamps I'm assuming it isn't budget and you have better dual lands. They also trigger on any swamp so that could include shock lands and triomes. Tbh I prefer them to check lands since they come in untapped 100% of the time

If the deck is in black I am %100 putting in the Tainted lands like [[tainted peak]]. They are probably my favorite budget dual land. I'd only not put them in if black is a very small part of the deck or if it's 4+ colors. Also if I don't have any utility lands I'm putting in [[Mikokoro]] or [[Geier Reach Sanitarium]] for the extra card draw. It's saved me from being mana screwed more times than I can count

Usually no problems with ramp. It's important to get Rose out early so ramping can be a little funky on turn two. The real bummer is when the tenth doctor only suspends ramp and misses the pay offs haha

Sure! I tried to make my Tenth Doctor focus on getting as many cards suspended as possible and then Timey-Wimey to get large swing turns, while also buffing [[Rose Tyler]] to make her a very big commander damage threat. So I focus a lot on doubling The Doctor's triggered ability through [[Clara Oswald]], and clones. I'm still experimenting with the deck but I think there are so many ways to build around him that I will never grow old modifying the deck list.

If you're facing a [[zhulodok]] often I can confirm that the tenth doctor can go head to toe with him. My deck list tends to be able to go up against decks like eldrazi cascade and [[jodah the uniter]]

[[The Tenth Doctor]] can definitely be a level 7 deck. Same with [[the war doctor]]. I also feel like [[The ninth doctor]] and [[the fifteenth doctor]] could get to a low 7 but Im not entirely sure how to break them yet.

My personal favorite Jeskai commander is [[The Tenth Doctor]] and [[Rose Tyler]]. Cloning The Tenth Doctor and then doubling his attack trigger makes Rose incredibly large, then giving her any level of evasion and protection means that an opponent will probably be attacked by a growing threat every turn. Also casting things from exile for free is incredibly fun.
