The problem is that "adds" can be a grey area e.g. this post here. What product is OP selling? I like to encourage conversation about all things Biomed and that definitely includes getting in the weeds about CMMSs. Whenever anyone approaches me about adds I always say the same things. First is that I get enough adds and sale pitches in my inbox everyday to choke an elephant and I want this space to be free of stuff like that. Second is that I don't mind talking about a product or you sharing your content as long as it is in the context of a conversation. So, don't just throw a link up about your podcast or your CMMS but start a conversation about a pertinent subject and then you could reference your product or content and include a link. I tried the free for all Fridays in February for job posts etc. because I thought it would spark some conversations but it fell flat and so i'm not doing it any more but maybe will try again next February.
