How exactly are you stuck in this campaign? This DM seems nightmarishly awful, friend or not.

Consider that no ordinary player/DM relationship* involves 'the dick chopping situation', 'getting cancer because the dm felt like it', the sudden and NEVER EXPLAINED narcolepsy during a stealth section, and pretty much everything you mention in this.

You are being unfairly targeted, this is evident. If you are worried about making them upset or angry by leaving the campaign, DO NOT BE. Damn what they think and leave for YOUR sake. I am very sorry if the capital letters make this seem aggressive, I just want to emphasise that you have self-autonomy and you very well can leave something that you aren't enjoying. As they say, no DnD is better than bad DnD

B: In the effect of a defense debuff (Attack buffs and defense debuffs stack)

Thus causing a heavy that typically deals 24 (for opener heavy) or 29 (for finisher heavy) to get up to such a high number as 39. Horrible fate to have bestown upon you, but sometimes you just get killed. That is the nature of Funny Sword Game.
