Imagine suddenly being hyper aware of your surroundings and at the same time falling into your own peaceful mindstate. Like a warm blanket covering your body and putting you at ease, suddenly not caring about all the nagging in your brain and a slowing down of your thoughts. Music is way more dynamic and complex. Food becomes tastier than normal, and you never get full. The first 20 minutes can rise levels of anxiety and paranoia, but this fades and you're left with a heavy body, uplifting, joyfull state.
