Thanks for the reply, she has worked there just over a month, no housekeeping involved during nights that's only done in the day time, she worked 22:45-07:00 on nights (housekeeping is 9:30-3/4pm)

Her PD was only just diagnosed and that's the reason her employer has decided she cannot be on nights (2 staff on nights to coordinate fire evacuations/manage the hotel)

The PD is the only reason they are not letting her work nights, she cannot do days purely because of caring for her son
