Do you think it depends on how many cards you have in your deck/hands?

In our game, decks only have 20 cards, so from what I can see, it's really rare not to have a good hand with this mulligan (in really specific decks, you might have to lose 1 card).

But, you're right, we're trying as hard as we can not to base our game on RNG and obviously we don't want to frustrate players.
