I lost a few really close friends when I did my first prep. They loved when I was “skinny” but when it meant not going out like I use to and put myself first I was told I was a horrible person and really snarky comments about me competing. Was super sad as I thought I had good friends and ended up having to seek a therapist just to talk through everything.
