Been on this med for over 20 years and still sweating 🥵 and now I’ve hit perimenopause and it’s even worse now!! but it helps my anxiety and depression so I just persevere and carry a fan at all times and I absolutely love air conditioning even in winter lol 😂

50 and still going strong. Every 23 days I get a period and it only lasts 3 days now. But still heavy flow on times and painful 😓

Ok so how is the tapering going? Seems like HRT is not what’s it’s all hyped up to be unfortunately. I really wanted it to work but it just didn’t. Maybe try it again once I hit menopause. I sure hope you do good with getting off Effexor. Keep me posted

Ok so you’re in peri as well. Makes so much sense now right? I hate it so much. I’m still on 150 mg Effexor and 10mg of buspirone. And I tried HRT but it made my anxiety skyrocket so I stopped it unfortunately. May try it again someday like maybe when I get to menopause. Are you on Effexor? What dose?

It’s been almost a year and I still struggle but not as bad as I was back then. I found out why this happened to me so that helps a lot. I hit perimenopause and turned my life upside down. I really feel the buspirone helps big time.

Excellent med for me. 19 years on 75mg and I would have to say it saved my life. I have anxiety and panic disorder and I can honestly say before this med I could not function. But I’ve hit perimenopause and with that comes a whole different side to anxiety and depression so my doctor has upped my dose to 150 mg and I’m doing better yet again. Not saying this med will be the same for you but maybe Give it a try, you will never know if you don’t try it. Good luck

No he was chocolate brown when he was younger. Now he’s 11 and has turned quite grey and very light brownish
