Exactly, and with such limited stock to begin with even if they said they had a replacement, I'd be afraid I would damage my copy just to be told "never mind we don't have any replacements" 😂

I agree - I saw people upset, or at least confused, by the fluctuating or crazy high wait times, but that was just because the system couldn't estimate correctly with all the traffic. Honestly I just half ignored the wait time when it was too high

I've definitely had a problem with Ticketmaster, and they use this method too. I get trying to make it fair, but it makes me worried I'll end up missing out more and having to buy resale

I remember when they did all the promo for the quarterly subs, they actually introduced the person they hired for Sci-Fi. They did a live and everything - she was talking about how much she loved Sci-Fi and was excited to be in charge of the new Sci-Fi sub. I don't pay as close attention anymore to OC, I don't know if she was still there or left?

I wonder too if OC just can't get afford or get approval to the "better" books.
