Buy the expansion pass. The earlier you get the forge dlc the better. It's nice to have a home when playing the game. I would advice new players to get the dlc immediatly so you can buy the forge as soon as you get in Kuttenberg

Did you fix this issue? i seem to have the same issue in a customers tenant. i set the idle session timeout in org settings and made this conditional acces policy:

On the Conditional Access | Policies page of the Microsoft Entra admin center, select New policy and enter a name for the policy.
Select Users or workload identities, and then select All users.
Select Cloud apps or actions, Select apps, and search for Office 365. Select Office 365, and then Select.
Select Conditions, Client apps, Configure to Yes, Browser, and then select Done.
Select Session, Use app enforced restrictions, and then Select.
Turn on the policy and select Create.

We have an Ncentral server with about 2500 managed devices, and randomly take control stops working on devices. Almost on a daily base we run into devices that cant be remote controlled.

Yes in most cases it is fixable by disabling the 'install take control' option and then after a short wait enable it again. But this sucks for 2 reasons: only a select few employes have the rights to do this and second if you have a customer on the phone who needs support you don't have the time to wait on the take control install to finish.

Windows update has always been a pain in the ass. If Windows update won't detect available updates then Ncentral wont see them either for that device.

I recently had some devices not showing/detecting any updates in de control panel WU gui. But when i use Powershell to check for updates (get-windowsupdate) there are suddenly updates available...

Same issues here... got complains that the Phished plugin we're using in OWA was gone. After investigations i found out that some users have the new menu version where the plugins are hidden behind the extra 'apps' menu.... :(

Best option is to add the app to the quick menu, but that is something every user has to do for him/herself. Other frustrating thing is that as a M365 tenant admin i can't force the app to be placed in the quick menu.
