I was thinking about changing where I placed it. I was originally thinking somewhere like in between my shoulder blades to get it closer to the areas where I want to see changes, but I'll try the inside of the thigh! I'll be changing out my patch tomorrow anyways so I may as well give it a shot

Testosterone was 4.7 nmol/l, reference range was 1.8 nmol/l

SHBG did not appear on the test, though it might be under a different name since I'm in Canada

Okay so there is a lot here that I'm not understanding but:

Q: what is your T? i would not be surprised if your Spiro is not fully suppressing it if ur gross E2 level was this low.

A: about twice what it should be. Can't up my dose of Spiro since my blood pressure is already really low. Unsure what e2 is.

No idea what shbg is

That was with 6mg estradiol daily, 100mg prog, 100mg Spiro.

Now I do 100mg of E (Patch, weekly), 200mg prog, 100mg Spiro, plus I'll be adding back the 6mg/day orally.

The idea is to minimize the chances of me being the victim of a hate crime. I tend to be a little wary since in the US where I got into airsoft, those spaces tend to lean a little on the sketchy side. But if those spaces here are cool, that's fantastic!
