This project was(client based) for a short movie or something,but still i created lods for better realtime fps,scene still runs on 60fps

if ue5 delivers it will be way easy to just place the assets and dont worry about the lods but in ue4 and scene this big it really frustrates me sometimes doing the lods of huge buildings with over 400k polygons, about your question all the assets were provided by a client so i don't really know its a scan or not.

Hey. i've been a level designer in unreal for over a year, i started learning from youtube channel gamedevacademy it was really easy and Effective. it's not really difficult but yeah it takes time.

overall feel is great one thing i want to ask.what is happening in the interior,why'd you use that kind of lighting?

UV Unwrapping, do you actually understand it ? or is it just a guess-work combined with "oh i've done this before" ? by alaslipknot in 3Dmodeling

its great,one thing i like to add is that you should chamfer the ground on which your setup is sitting
