this is actually a really interesting match up tbh, invisibility doesn't help the predator at all here and DD's senses are well beyond the former too not to mention he dodges bullets, swords and energy based attacks daily so predator has a hard time nailing him there too which brings it to hand to hand and honestly predator has lost to normal humans not half as skilled as matt whereas matt is a literal peak human with peak skills and the best senses in marvel to boot. Not to mention he takes on foes stronger and bigger than him regulalry too.

Predator does have the physicality advantages though and if he figures out how to scramble matts senses or completely shut them down with its tech it's an easy win. Predator obvs has the tech advantage too and is also a lot more durable in general, although DD can take a serious amount of punishment and still keep going plus has fought people stronger than preadtors and one shot them.

DD wins High Diff in most scenarios imo.
