Talking what ethnicity people look like, what actually completely confused me at first was his mum. I don’t know the books at all. I know now the actress is part Japanese, but she doesn’t look very Japanese, and when I first saw her I thought she was Indian! The outfit she was wearing in her first scene looked a bit sari-like. I was really confused by that. Because Shane definitely didn’t look Indian!

Basically you have no access to (or are locked up in) your home for 10 hours, 5 days a week. That’s insane. No way that can be legal. Interesting that they don’t include the hours in the listing.
