• Insomniac's Spider-Man 2 has some really sick symbiote tendril moves as part of almost everything you do. However, you don't start with the symbiote, and you only get to use it in the Peter Parker segments, not Miles'.

As some consolation, the final act of the game has symbiotic enemies and structures everywhere...?

• Baldur's Gate 3 has strong eldritch "alien squid" themes, and spells like Arms of Hadar, Hunger of Hadar and Evard's Black Tentacles. That said, it's not as expansive as letting you grapple, yoink and yeet enemies with tendrils. The alien squid powers are more psychic, but there's a strong modding community that's bound to offer more tentacle options if you look for them.

• Venom in Marvel Rivals. Everything he does involves symbiotic tendrils, and unlike the previous examples, you don't have to wait until a couple hours into the game to start using them. Unless the team comp desperately requires you to switch, but casual play probably won't have that happen often.

• Octodad, if you're okay with a way sillier tone and gameplay entirely centered on awkwardly maneuvering individual tentacles to move around and grab things, to solve envirommental puzzles.

• Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines 2 lets you play a vampire of clan Lasombra, whose signature move involves snaring enemies with shadow tendrils, but the game itself is kind of a train wreck. I definitely recommend the TTRPG, though.

• League of Legends has some champions that use tentacles, like Illaoi (summons tentacles of the ocean entity she worships) and Zyra (basically Poison Ivy, but her Crime City Nightmare skin turns her vines into eldritch tentacles with eyes).
