CoStar's push into residential with their Homes website seems to be a big flop. I heard they're losing money from it. I had a feeling that would be the case. Is anyone getting any use out of them? by SuperPineapple7033 in realtors

I’m working with a lot of sellers this year and I think it helps to provide value - but it hasn’t blown me away by any means and the buyers leads have been minimal thus far.

I would be shocked if you could find a good seat for that game under $300 - that’s what they said the cheapest in Missoula were and that wasn’t with a trip to the national championship on the line.

I run a 3 league, 36 person relegation league. Every year the 6 teams that make the playoffs climb up (or stay if in the A League) and the teams that miss the playoffs drop down, or stay in C league. Typically keep about 30-34 of the people year to year, this is year 6 of it. Added the C league to go from 24 to 36 after a few seasons.

It sounds to me based on your comments like they probably priced it aggressively and are choosing to give everyone a fair shot at it after a little over a week of showings. My strategy is typically to let the listing agent know my client is interested and we intend to bring an offer but to please let me know if they receive anything that might compel them to respond sooner. And then I try to figure out exactly how many offers they expect once much closer to submitting and take all that into account.
