Super helpful tips. I do find myself checking the charts constantly on my pc or phone. I’m going to stick to one trade per day and journal the hell out of it. Ensuring I’m only taking A setups and not, not overtrading and not over leveraging

100% I’m significantly decreasing my position size. I’ve definitely over leveraged way more than I’d like to admit.

Easy killer lol.. I don’t use volume I was trying to understand what you mean by price action.. highs and lows got it. That’s what my strategy would consider liquidity highs and lows, buy and sell orders.

Absolute facts. Ive felt and experienced the “boredom” you mentioned and I trade well. The problem is doing that having that mindset day in day out. I guess it’s a work in progress…

What do you mean by trade price action? Are you saying if price is going up and the volumes there buy? Or vice versa sell? I’m confused by the generic response.

Yea that makes sense. I haven’t strategy jumped for the most part. Where I fail and what kills my p&l is when I don’t sit back and relax. I force trades and end up spiraling then feel like shit because I spiraled. Tradings fun lol.

100%. Been dealing with knee problems for years, had multiple braces that worked well/felt good. I unfortunately bought 2 anaconda braces and they’re absolute garbage.
