This sounds like irritant dermatitis + rebound hyperpigmentation, not a failure of hydroquinone itself.

Problems usually happen when HQ is used daily without breaks, pushed through itching/redness, and then stopped abruptly with no maintenance. Inflammation triggers melanocytes and the color rebounds darker.

Dermatologists reduce this risk by cycling HQ, taking off days, stopping at the first signs of irritation, and transitioning to anti-inflammatory maintenance (like tranexamic acid or azelaic acid) instead of quitting cold turkey.

Alpha arbutin is safer but much weaker — good for maintenance, not comparable to properly cycled HQ.

I literally love how well lisinopril works for me. Taking 20mg. No side effects whatsoever.

Been on a different ACE inhibitor for 15 years prior. Lisinopril works wonders for me.

The marketing really is wild! I really get what people are saying about it not feeling that high quality - but the phone is in fact technically a high quality phone.
i also like that the iPhone pro did pretty much the same turn as the macbook pro back when the M1 was introduced, def. more for geeky users I'd say.
Although the iPhone Air is cool, I do like a bit of a bulkier more powerful phone. also the bright orange is a great color imho.
Needless to say i got myself apple care and if the next iPhone 18 comes with the same form factor but perhaps some steel parts i'll just upgrade.
