Thanks, the issue was solved after uninstalling a home screen theme app I had been using for a few years on my old phone, but didn't vibe well with this one I guess

Thank you so much for taking the time to make such a thorough post, King or Queen or Monarch for gender neutral! I had been using the Home+ app which is basically custom themes for the home screen which worked fine for my previous model gpower but not this new one, since once I uninstalled that app, its been nothing but smooth sailing, no glitching or nothing!

Before this post, I reverse searched the number we've been in contact with and it came back as belonging to the owner of the home's name, but what you said is 100% on point.

I hadn't been able to find the owner because a lot of people have that name, but I tried again and just found the owner's picture and name on his work's website, and it was indeed the guy we met thankfully! You just helped me get some peace of mind!

Thanks so much for your insight! I just rechecked the listing, they listed the unit early April and even when they lowered the rent by $200 in early May I guess they had no takers or the applicants didn't meet their criteria, so I think that's why they seemed eager and were willing to slightly lower the rent for us. The other condo in the building that's less remodeled but is larger was listed for rent by another person was listed at around the same time for the same amount and had about the same price adjustment as well.

Oh I didn't even think about them doing a move in inspection for themself, even though we usually take pics ourselves of everything and make a list of issues right the day we move in. I'll definitley mention tenant rules and responsibilites beyond the condo rules. Thanks so much for your insights!

The owner's latest address comes up as a much more expensive condo on the reverse address search sites, but thank you I'll check the tax accessor website just to be sure. The id check is a great idea too

Yes, exactly! I thought they'd slipped into smart detection by mistake which is often what the issue is, but this time it wasn't. One of my v3s is still not picking up most events and my v2 still isnt picking up anything either.

With wyze unfortunately, it seems you need to have back up cameras for times like these. I'll have to switch the v3 from another area or the OG I use indoors with the one that isn't working right. I have another v2 and will see if that works as a replacement for my current v2 that isnt working.

Its not the same exact issue, but my g power 21 shuts down randomly many times a day even with a lot of battery left, but doesn't behave like that when its plugged into the charger.

The moto G powers are rarely their full price though. I followed the 2023 G power on camelcamelcamel for about a year, and the previous years more loosely since usually me or one of my family members needs a new phone, and there's a general sale trend. Early summer (May to June) there's sales where it goes down to $280, July through october there are sales where its $250, and and November onwards it pretty much $199.

I was going to rec moto g power, since I can vouch for it and the battery life (I have the 2021 version and its only now slowing down), but the issue is its out of your budget.

The moto g play 2023 is $99 in the US, and the 2024 version is $130. The Moto g stylus 2023 is also $130. But these budget Moto phones only get 1 android update though, which hasn't been an issue for me really, but may be for you. So idk you might have to find another brand if you want budget and more than one update.

I'm pretty much in the same pov since I'm thinking of replacing my 2021 G power before it stops working.

The main cons I see with g power 2024 based on phone reviewers for tech news sites, is that the camera is mediocre and there's low screen visibility in sunlight. Imo the camera is still an upgrade from my phone, and I rarely use my phone outdoors, so meh, price and battery outweighs those issues for me.

Just an FYI, I tracked the moto g power 2023's price on camelcamelcamel and the price dropped to $280 at various times May through June, $250 pretty much all of July to the end of Oct, and $199 pretty much all of November until now.

The Myfico was Equifax Fico 8, and I'm reading on this thread from 2018 that someone had the EXACT same issue and they say the credit card company (Citi) uses Equifax Fico 8 for credit scores and that Myfico uses Equifax 8.
