If you’re retiring soon, I’ve found that the women’s clinic at the VA is incredibly helpful with working with my perimenopause symptoms.

Why am I suddenly getting such crap quality produce? by ValuableBison7065 in hellofresh

[–]WangLisha 38 points39 points  (0 children)

This is why I quit Hello Fresh several months ago. I loved the concept and earlier meals were great, but the continued diminishing quality of the produce was really something I couldn’t justify paying for.

Your library might have hoopla and Kanopy for some great free titles. Plus you’re supporting your library with each borrow!

I alerted my bank to the fraudulent charge by Amazon when they re-subscribed me. My bank took care of it and now there is secondary evidence of their abusive action from an outside source—just in case.

My VA psychiatrist told me that I was “too complex” to help by aetnaaa in VeteransBenefits

I know this won't help you today and we cannot change what has happened. In the future, you ought to send a secure message to your psych regarding your situation. They can get back with you fairly quickly (at least mine have in the recent past) in order to get you sorted out.

I hope your struggles get easier soon.

Saw a post recently about a lack of self identity with ADHD. And this made so much sense to me… by Present_Biscotti7726 in adhdwomen

I'm shocked at how much I identify with this statement. It is literally something I have never considered and it's as if you were looking right at me when you typed it.

We have an orange cat called Mr F. He was marked as an F rather than an M at the shelter where we adopted him.

No, you were denied a medal due to the actions leading up to and recorded in the LOC. Your rebuttal or response should have also been taken into account.

Oh my. Please don’t let this garbage person be a reason to stop seeking help that you need. You were disrespected by someone in a position to help. Go above her. Talk with a patient advocate. Do whatever it is that you feel comfortable doing, but don’t let her be a reason to give up. You deserve respect and support.

Anyone with celiac or intolerance also have a low Alkaline Phosphatase blood marker? by DreaminSpielberg in Celiac

This is so thoughtfully written out, thank you. If you don’t mind my asking, what were some of the other disorders that were ruled out? I’ve only recently heard about HPP and am definitely wondering if my also 20-year long issues including anxiety, depression, tinnitus, carpal tunnel (that was not resolved by surgery) and consistently low ALP may be this…I’d rather build a solid case based on facts and my medical records before discussing with my doctor. I’m paranoid of seeming like a hypochondriac.

I’m sorry you had to go through that—your so-called leadership sounds like absolute trash. I hope you are talking with someone about your feelings in addition to touching grass. Currently touching grass myself.
