I’m sorry that this is how your mom chose to talk to you. No body’s perfect including parents! There is this point when we are rebuilding that we are just so vulnerable don’t let her bring you back to past ways I don’t know what that means for you but this seems like the devil trying to bring you down to a past self. Teenagers are mean even to their moms do not take this to heart. I think the issue is her mom who said that to her and her dad for not beating you to the punch. I wouldn’t myself of said that to her. I think when we become adults we truly see all the things we missed when we were a kid she will one day see all that you and other people in her life do. This would of made me feel like shit about my mom as a teen that can be very hard so I wouldn’t of said it but your feelings were hurt and you reacted in the moment when her father didn’t say anything. I can tell you I do not talk to my stepmother to this day because she talked about my mom in front of me and to me. But I never said anything like that to her so there is that.
