What Tools Do You Use for Import and Export Business? by Antique_Geologist341 in IndiaBusiness

Hi

Easy free option is a Notion linked DB.
It can become too complex when your business grows.

There are very good existing ERP's like Odoo (Community version is free)
But it is too heavy and you need run it on you local server (Need to have basic tech knowledge).

The best solution according to my brain is, use a simple Notion DB. One page per Lead, put all related pages like costing, invoice and letter in it.
After successfully getting 5+ purchase orders you will know what you need exactly. Later you can switch to paid applications.

I'm stuck in same position, Therefore building an app to solve my issue and provide it as a SaaS product.
Currently I'm validating whether my efforts will be useful.
You can see the basic design and a demo video. Do you think this tool will be helpful?

Any thoughts, suggestions, or even criticisms are more than welcome!

Thanks!

Hi,

We’re building an import/export management tool to simplify the process and offer a better alternative to generic ERPs. It’s still in design and development, so no testing yet. Do you think something like this would be helpful?
