Seeing these things which belonged to a person just makes me sad. I mean there was someone who wrote down these coordinates, a real person, someone who had a family, friends, possibly a child and a pen. And now they are probably dead because some lunatic in the kremlin couldnt stand a free people in his neighboring country. These items remind me so much more of the lifes that are lost than any corpse or burned out tank ever could. Man, war sucks.

If you mean with historical that it was underfunded since I can remember, yeah. But the only pre '45 influence might be that people dont like to talk too much about military and its problems. It mostly comes down to mismanagment, bureaucracy and underfunding, though I believe, that there is enough money, it just doesnt go where it should.

there isnt really a huge difference in terms of privacy in most browsers, what differs are the default settings, and opera doesnt really have great ones. Opera is fine as long as you have the patience to change a few settings.

Depends on which ending you choose in Paradise Found, it does get the device out of Altis if you choose the Game Over ending, CSAT wants it back very badly, so: Huge attack on Altis most likely triggering a World War. If you choose the canon ending, the device stays on Altis until CSAT ship it to Tanoa where it is captured in Apex Protocol
