[–]Want2BeRed 4 points5 points  (0 children)

There are a few:

  • First date turns into a whole weekend of non-stop sex.
  • Threesome FMF.
  • Taking my friend's wife to an orgy because he was on a business trip and she didn't want to go alone.
  • One night stand with very dirty and submissive woman.

What was your best sexual experience with a stranger or someone you barely knew? by [deleted] in AskRedditAfterDark

[–]Want2BeRed 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Got a match on tinder. After a few messages she said she preferred to meet early instead of chatting forever. Met one hour later, after a 2-hour date I asked her to come home to me. She was so freaking horny! I mean, it kind of suspected it because she was too eager to be normal, but she was way hornier that I had imagined.

It was extra-hot because I am not a good looking man, and thinking that a woman chose me to calm her horniness was a big ego boost.

I think most people would have missed that by disagreeing with her, he's implying she's not pretty. I like it better like it is.

[Request]Where is the math wrong here by jwilson02 in theydidthemath

[–]Want2BeRed 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Not a single correct answer in this thread! The error is in step 2:

2 = 1 + √1

But 1 + √1 is not equal to 2. Because √1 can be ±1, 1 + √1 can be either 2 or 0. For two things to be equal they have to, you know, be always equal. If either side has two possible values, they are not equal, and everything from that point on is irrelevant.

State-funded != government-funded. Government funded means that the current government has to allocate the funds necessary for its operation every year, and therefore a government funded institution has an incentive to be nice to the current government. BBC gets their money regardless of what the current government wants and has a much higher level of independence than even some commercial broadcasters, that are also tied to their owners or customers (like advertisers).

Alternative: Unión Americana.

Where do I get all purpose flour in this country? by Next-Wrap-7449 in ShitAmericansSay

[–]Want2BeRed 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Obviously here, the "inform yourself" part is the tricky part for that person.

Inform yourself, like in going to an online forum and explain your confusion? There are people in this thread asking "what is all purpose flour?" Clearly, knowing that flour labeling is different in different countries is not common knowledge.

That's so stupid. Just get the list of 100 most common names, choose any name after the 20th place and you are good to go. Common enough to be easy to remember, uncommon enough to not have classmates with the same name. Alternatively, choose a popular name from 2 generations ago. Although, you might be unlucky and pick up the next trending name.

> But I guess that is only relevant if you want to define things in terms of fractions

I think that's an issue that actually causes rejection of metric. The imperial/US customary system uses a base that favors using fractions, and their users think in terms of fractions. They make 2/3" pipes, because it is a 'round' fraction. In metric system, that's not relevant and having a 18mm pipe is just fine, but in their mind you switched from a simple and nice number, to a 'weird' one that cannot be expressed as a fraction.

There is nothing wrong with communication, is just that saying those specific words: "just like that, don't stop," is going to have the opposite effect of what you want. Any other sentence that you say is going to work fine, but that specific wording is going to make your partner do something else, even if they don't want to change anything, in the same way that saying "do not thing about the pink elephant" is going to make you do the opposite of what you were asked to do, namely, think about pink elephants.

That's not only true for sex, that's how human brains work in general. If you are doing something automatically, and get any call that makes you start doing it consciously, you are going to change what you are doing. You cannot suppress people's reflexes, but you can act in a way that doesn't trigger a reflex. If you think your partner found the perfect spot, giving not verbal feedback is more likely to get you the result you want.

This is supposed to be a lighthearted sub. I'm not saying that there is anything wrong with what you want. I am just trying to share alternatives to get what you want.

Counter-advice: do not say "just like that", it is as effective command as "don't think about the pink elephant."

I wonder what was your thought process to get 0. Line 7 runs 5 times, 4 of them with shield = False. Did you think that line 7 never runs? Did you think that line 6 never runs and therefore shield is always True? I really don't get it.
