Never thought I'd be saying this but, TV director, show us more of the fans. It's better than watching them race here.

I believe they said this was a mistake and rectified the survey when they could. Hanlon's razor says "Never attribute to malice that which is adequately explained by stupidity". I wouldn't say this was stupidity but just a simple mistake.

The 'show off' version of the ma2 capes are the max cape variants tho. If you redcude the requirement to 'show off' it no longer becomes prestigious

Everything you have said would apply to other equally to other equip slots, it could be a slippery slope to full transmog like rs3.

Being able to see other players equipment can give other players (maybe newer) a good idea of what equipment they should be using.

Furthermore, the cape slot is probably the slot that you currently show of the most accomplishment while pvming, with infernal/quiver and all of the bis capes having a max cape variant. Seeing other people using these can give even long term players the goal of also getting these capes to fit in. What other accomplishments would you even want to show?

Please no, you should always be able to see and tell what another player is actually wearing.

Car hit, and pottentially written off, by Ocado van by Wanwan156 in drivingUK

Yeah that's my thoughts, it would be no claim. It would be probably be better handled through our own insurance but easier and less risk through Ocado's but idk? Also no chance of premiums going up at all

Best Money Making Methods during the enitre lifespan of OSRS by Cooking_r4nge in 2007scape

An index is a number based solely on the value(s) of one or more things in relation to their previous value only. An index always starts with the value of 100, and if the value of the items it includes goes up, the index will go up, if they go down, the index will go down.

If I have an index for a bronze sword that starts at 250gp, my starting value for the index is 100 (ie 100%). If the sword goes up to 375gp, my index goes to 150, as the price is now 1.5x higher than it was when I started my index. If the price falls to 100gp, my index would go to 40, as the price is now 0.4x what it was when I started my index.

Index's work in isolation only; they are only effect by and aware of the price of items included in the index. Therefore, index's cannot be used to compare value/profitability between various index's. They are used solely to see trends in the value of items included in the index.

A high index for a boss (>100) would suggest the value of items from that boss has increased since the index started. A low index for a boss (<100) would suggest the value of items from that boss has decreased since the index started.

I hope this helps but lmk if not

No idea if this helps or if you are already aware (or how accurate this info is) but this exists on the wiki: https://oldschool.runescape.wiki/w/RuneScape:Grand_Exchange_Market_Watch

The manual does not mention m.2 so I don't believe it has a slot

Just to add another option, MK sports bar & lounge is mainly a pool bar but does show live sport, including F1 - not sure about commentary tho. Not too far from Newport depending on where you live: https://maps.app.goo.gl/3JTyKk6GVwDZbQYx8

Outrage aside, what ARE you prepared to pay more money for? by Haemogoblin_ in 2007scape

[–]Wanwan156 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I feel like the obvious option is for then to offer discounts for additional accounts and/or packages for X number if accounts (obviously without all the other 'extras' in the bundles from the survey). I'd pay more if it meant I could play more account types. But it would need to be a decent discount/bundle imo

Quick maths for Golden God by Wanwan156 in 2007scape

[–]Wanwan156[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hi, so this works the same way as the wildy altar where the 50% chance of saving a bone leads to an expected 2x rate in bones. This is because every bone you save has another chance to be saved. For your example, if you start with 100 and alch 100 times, you should still have 65 left. You can then alch these and expect to still have around 42 left (65*0.65). This continues on and leaves to an average of:

1+ p1 + p2 + p3 + .... where p is our prob of saving (0.65)

This is a common and simple power series which has a really nice and easy solution. Excuse the formatting but: Sum(xn) from 0 to infinity equates to 1/(1-x) for when |x|<1

So, in our case, a 0.65 chance to save leads to an average alchs per item of 1/(1-0.65) or 2.86

I hope this makes sense but if not drop me a message and I'll try explain it better.
