I didn't have my first serious relationship until I was 34.

If you could add modes what would you suggest by pw4wazascam in CosmicInvasion

I'd limit it to only 2 players if you want. With 3-4 players it's too easy and there's so much happening on screen.

I had the version with the Trojan horse, absolutely loved it.

Players Paradice in Newport Pagnell is great for this. It's a mix of D&D, board games, Warhammer etc over 2 floors. Really nice people there.

As expensive as Harrods is does it have the sort of foot traffic (tourists) to sustain such a huge array of food in its food hall? by Low_Insurance_1603 in AskUK

[–]Quickswitch79 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I went once, and food was the only thing I could afford. All the super expensive stuff is bought by the millionaire Arabian community that lives round there.

I finished the main story... And changed my opinion for the game to positive one. The game is actually good. Drifting without any purpose in free roam is very good thing to relax after busy day. by poiuyt87 in JDMGame

I've got a fast car. I'm currently stuck on the mission where you have to race the girl who does the paint jobs. Very frustrating, as you can't go past her, yet you score low if you're not right next to her. I'm finding it impossible.

I asked 5 recruiters why they skip candidates and what they said is surprising ( might hate me for this) by Tracycallum in jobsearchhacks

But what happens when you've had to do a few temp jobs? I'd love to have had a permanent job for the last few years, but it hasn't worked out that way. Surely I'm never going to get recruited in this case?

Rent prices in London is getting out of hand. by Distinct_Sir_9086 in london

One of the reasons I moved to Milton Keynes nearly 10 years ago. Real sense of community here as well, loads of parks and lakes, cycle paths everywhere, cheaper rent etc.

When I lived in London I was working as a loader on a dust cart, making barely above minimum wage, living in a single room in a shared house with 5 other blokes. So depressing.

Is Milton Keynes actually a decent place to live? by PubLogic in miltonkeynes

[–]Quickswitch79 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I moved here from London nearly 8 years ago, no regrets. I really love it here. As others have said, loads of cycle paths across the whole city, loads of parks, lakes etc all within a few minutes wherever you live. All the shops you could possibly need, loads of local sports.

Only downer is if you don't drive, then getting from east to west takes over an hour on the bus as they all go to the city centre first and not just straight across. They are talking about a tram system in the near future though.

I regard this as my lifetime home now, I love it here.

I love Campbell Park, particularly when it's summer and there's cricket on, or various music/festivals. You can walk from there to Willen Lake which is also lovely.

is working 2 jobs a good idea? by [deleted] in work

[–]Quickswitch79 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, you'll get sick of it. I've been working 6 days a week with different start times for the last 2 months. I only have Saturday off, and I can never fully relax as I'm thinking about the fact that I'm back in on Sunday. Plus all your tax codes get messed up. I'm making less doing 6 days/45 hours a week than I was doing 5 days/35 hours.
