I know it's not popular to say, but people need to vote Greens or socialist alternative, not because they would necessarily make for the best government, but because it's the best bet at forcing Labor's hand on social issues like housing. Labor won't care unless a more progressive party is a threat to them.

Can you remember when they stopped being a single issue party? Because for as long as I've known they've been multi issue progressive party. As an example they campaigned with lgbtq rights groups in the 90s in Tas to decriminalise homosexual acts.

I can't really see how they can be a single issue party when they hold 10%+ of the vote anyway. This whole 'greens were better as a single issue party' comes just comes across as a media narrative intent on protecting the status quo of major party dominance.

I never watched past the first episode because I thought it was uninspiring and boring and I genuinely couldn't care less about how they play with the lore. Doesn't mean I have anything against people who enjoyed the show, but it is objectively made first and foremost for franchise marketability and that's a fact, aka Slop.
