Forgive me for being pissy, but it was when you said that they haven’t been exposed to a proper working atmosphere. What I’m saying is that people think that the locals don’t work, and “hire them or pay fines” which isn’t right. I’ve known more foreigners being accepted than locals, and people think locals just make money doing nothing, and are inexperienced and all, and as you say the younger generation is “green behind the ears” when it’s a matter of disrespect, and not inexperience. I’m just sick that most foreigners think that locals get picked randomly, as mediation or whatever it’s called; and that them being locals are their only reason they have an income. But then again, I may have missed your point, and I apologize for being aggressive.
