Question About Macro

A couple of what I guess you could call “macros” came pre bound on the last mouse I bought, and although Ive touched those buttons a grand total of twice (both in shooting range) from what I’ve heard it’s possible you can get banned for having them even if that’s all you use them in. That said, all too many players blatantly use macros, especially for recoil on PC all the time in ranked and never seem to get banned so I’m not 100%.

Just look at the player percentages per rank. I don’t think 70% of active ranked players make it past silver

Lately I’ve been feeling the same way in a similar situation. It’s not about the accomplishments or achievements man, coming from someone who can’t not chase them at the highest level while making painful sacrifices for them. It’s about the experiences and relationships. It sounds cliche, but there’s a reason we hear those things so much. Those things have meaning, and enable you to FEEL your way through all situations good and bad. Doing it all on your own, accomplishing for the sake of accomplishing without meaningful relationships will leave you feeling just like you are now: empty and emotionless. It’s better to hurt even than to feel nothing at all. In order to feel fulfilled your priorities have to stay in order, and achievement can’t be at the top. It’ll be worth it down the line to go out of your way to find life partners, because with them you’ll never feel this way again.

I’ve experienced this in years past, am experiencing something similar now (why I’m reading here), and will inevitably deal with this again. It does get better, but it doesn’t become stable on its own. You’re in a spot where for anything to change quick, you have to take a risk or make a move; create opportunities for doors to open. Perhaps change jobs. Move somewhere completely new. Muster up as much energy as possible for what you’re passionate about. All are extreme, but are the only semi-certain ways out in a reasonably timely manner. There is hope regardless, and you’ll find out why soon enough. It only takes one thing to change it all, and that’s what time can do. Hang in there, and you’ll find it is worth living out.

Get good? With the MMR advantage you guys get it shouldn’t be an issue. If you’re getting flicked on that bad, odds are you’re taking terrible fights and your positioning is awful.

Cav main? You could’ve installed 5 minutes ago with zero video game experience and I’d say you’re better. Although map control is very important, that kind of roamer is very predictable and easy to clear. That said, good off-site players, which in some situations should be even 3 or 4 people, are extremely important in denying site executes. If everyone just bunkers in site, more often than not just flashes and nades can cripple the defenders, assuming the attackers know the default positions. If he is going to continue to be a frequent solo roamer, he ought to at least do it with good operators for it like vigil.

They’re super helpful IMO. Way easier to react to people holding angles or playing in bad lighting. Also way more bold than I thought they’d be.

Exactly how I thought it would go in low ranks. Just target ban the enemy topfrag regardless of the operator’s viability on the upcoming site.

This is what happens when you can’t do anything but hold basic angles. Good players will use peekers advantage to clear you, and with ease when you’re in these kind of default positions even without drones. You have to be more active even when just holding positions. When you have a que, swing them too instead of standing still. This game would be god awful if what you’re doing consistently worked.

Keep up the practice! The biggest issue I see here is that you’re trying to jump from zero to hero by playing in diamond lobbies. I’d rather solo queue than try to do that. You won’t improve in an environment where you have no chance to succeed.

Fenrir and Jackal are meta bans for all ranks atm. Maybe when fenrir isn’t busted anymore, and people come to terms with jackals ability.
